From her early days as a school nurse to her transformation into the dynamic force behind Birds & Bees Connection, Leslie has dedicated her life to empowering parents and children to survive and thrive through the roller coaster of puberty and sexuality.

Leslie's journey began 25 years ago when she served as a school nurse, teaching Family Life, Health Science, and Sex Education. Through her work, she witnessed firsthand the profound effects of parent-child disconnection. Determined to bridge this gap and provide families with the tools, information, and connections they needed, Leslie founded Birds & Bees Connection in 2002.

Since then, Leslie has taught thousands of classes and shared her comprehensive parent-child programs with tens of thousands of couples across Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
