Boys & Girls are taught separately
A 2 ½ hour, age-appropriate and informative class that clearly and concisely addresses reproduction by generating an open dialogue between parents and tweens in a safe and engaging environment.
It's normal for this age group to be curious about reproduction, and questions about sex can potentially be challenging to address. Where Babies Come From helps ease that discomfort and provides parents with the language they need for future conversations. Due to the parent-tween connection established during the class, tweens will feel comfortable going to their parents with questions and concerns-- instead of to the internet. (The discussion regarding sexual intercourse is brief and is discussed within the context of a married couple preparing for a child.)
Note: Other methods of parenthood are addressed.
The class concludes with a powerful interactive activity where the tweens receive the tools they'll need for having healthy relationships in the future. It also addresses consent, boundaries and the importance of having a strong voice.

This class includes all of the content from Puber-Tween, Self-Esteem & Social Media, and Where Babies Come From.
The first class in the series is parents-only and covers the course outline, Q & A and the current statistical state of youth in the United States. This session helps parents understand the importance of all the topics covered in the three other sessions and how it will help prepare their child for the middle school experience.
In Rites of Passage, parents receive the foundation and necessary tools to continue open conversations with their children now and in the future. The class's open dialogue creates a strong bond whereby the parent becomes a safe source for their tweens' and teens' questions and concerns, versus outside sources.
The Bridge provides safe passage into the middle school years and beyond.
