You already know those cookie booths do more than fund camping trips — they build grit, teamwork, and goal-setting skills. But what if your troop’s cookie profits could build something deeper?
Think beyond tents and s’mores. Think confidence, communication, and connection — the life skills your girls need long after the badges come off.
That’s what happens when you invest troop funds in puberty classes for kids and parents through Birds & Bees Connection.
You’ve done the outings, earned the patches, nailed the cookie sales goals — so now what?
This is your chance to fund something that sticks: puberty education for tweens that’s fun, shame-free, and deeply empowering.
Our in-person family puberty education programs help girls (and their parents) navigate the biggest changes of their lives with clarity and confidence — not confusion and eye rolls.
Because when you teach a girl how to build a fire, she can survive a weekend.
When you teach her how to understand her body, boundaries, and emotions — she can thrive for life.

Talking about puberty doesn’t have to be awkward. We make the uncomfy stuff unbelievably fun.
🎉 Engaging — because kids actually learn when they’re laughing.
😂 Relatable — no cringey lectures, just real talk.
🙌 Empowering — so parents and tweens walk away confident, not confused.
Our goal is simple: turn “the talk” into connection.
By the end of class, families are high-fiving their way through puberty — seriously.
Our signature classes were designed for exactly this stage of life — and they blend seamlessly with the Girl Scout mission of building courage, confidence, and character.
Puber-Tea Class: A mother–daughter workshop (ages 8–10) where girls learn about body basics, hygiene, and self-care — complete with hands-on activities like creating a period kit.
Puber-Tween Class: A parent–child class (ages 10–12) that dives deeper into hormones, emotions, and friendships. Boys and girls are taught separately for comfort and openness.
Rites of Passage Class: For older tweens who are ready for deeper discussions about identity, self-worth, and relationships.
Each class blends medical accuracy with humor and heart — giving families the language, tools, and confidence to keep the conversations going long after the class ends.
Ready to make it happen? It’s simple:

Show up. Laugh. Learn. Leave connected.
Your girls will walk out taller, prouder, and ready for whatever comes next.
We make it easy for troop leaders to host puberty classes in Orange County, Irvine, and Newport Beach, or anywhere in Southern California.
You can use any suitable location, such as a school, community clubhouse, religious facility, business, or any other facility that provides enough space for the number of people expected.
Hosts are the primary liaison with our agency and are responsible for distributing the class registration link to all expected participants by email.
Because courage doesn’t stop at cookie booths.
Confidence doesn’t stop at campfire songs.
And connection doesn’t stop at badge ceremonies.
Using your troop’s cookie money to host a Birds & Bees Connection class is more than an activity — it’s an investment in emotional intelligence, leadership, and lifelong communication skills.
Girl Scouts teach girls how to lead.
We teach them how to understand themselves.
Together? That’s the kind of confidence that changes everything.
Because at the end of the day, cookie money can buy more than gear — it can buy growth.
